Scotland’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking with its incredible mountain ranges and the highest mountain in the UK, Ben Nevis, beautiful lochs, forests, lowlands, glens and miles of golden beaches, everywhere you turn when traveling around Scotland there is a picture postcard view to enjoy.

Food and drink always form a large and very enjoyable part of any holiday and Scotland will not disappoint, first of all there is the Whiskey, famous around the world and we probably need say no more, just go steady! as you will need to leave space for the range of traditional craft beers and ales.

There is so much in terms of food so why not dive in with one of Scotland’s most famous, Haggis, also try neeps and tatties often served with Haggis, Scottish Salmon, Aberdeen Angus Beef, Kedgeree, Porridge, a full Scottish breakfast, Grouse, Black Pudding, shortbread, Dundee cake, tablet, clootie dumplings, Scotch eggs, cock-a-leekie soup and Cullen Skink, the list goes on and on, so enjoy.

Whilst on holiday your glamping holiday there is plenty to see and do from galleries, museums, castles, stately homes, exploring the countryside by boat, train and car its all there to discover.

Here are but a few, the fairytale castles of Dunrobin, Dunvegan to the most famous, Edinburgh, Braemar, Balmoral, Eilean Donan and Glamis along with many others, some of which offer camping in the grounds.  With many Islands of the coast Island hopping is a great adventure and popular tour, visit Isle of Skye, Orkney, Isle of Islay and the Shetlands. Why not take in some popular view points like Loch Maree, Bow Fiddle Rock, the Isle of Barra, Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Forth Bridge.
