Miles of driftwood-strewn beaches and the Coastal Mountains in the distance will call out and beg you to come play.

Kayak, fly-fish, swim, spa, or just sit quietly by your campfire and enjoy the sound of the waves lapping the shore.

Airstream – At twenty feet long, she’s small but, like everything Bijou, perfectly formed. She’s currently getting her glamour on, in 60′s style. She’s got the perfect bones – memory foam mattress, ultra-leather, panoramic tinted windows, legendary Airstream aluminium inside and out, LED lighting, television – but she wants to add those little touches that make a girl sparkle.

Of course, all jewels are enhanced by their settings and, Ruby is no exception. What IS exceptional is the oceanfront location where Ruby will be ensconced in 2015, as part of the 10-night Bijou Glamping package. The Salmon Point RV Resort, mid-way between Courtenay and Campbell River on Vancouver Island, is a nature-lovers dream. Ruby is in the Lighthouse front row, directly on the beach overlooking the Georgia Strait and the Coast Mountains.
